Our Cancellation Policy

  • If you book a ticket for a play session and you can’t attend, it is down to the franchise the booking is made with to determine and decide if the booking can be moved to an alternative event.

  • Tickets will not be refunded unless under special circumstances. It is down to the franchise the booking is made with to determine and decide if they are willing to give a refund to a customer.

  • If a party booking gets cancelled up to two weeks before, the customer will loose their booking deposit and they will need to pay for any venue hire and catering costs. They will not need to pay the remaining party costs. If they cancel less than two weeks before, they will need to pay for the whole cost of the booking.

  • If a creche or corporate booking gets cancelled up to four weeks before, the customer will loose their booking deposit and they will need to pay for any venue hire and costs for resources and staff. They will not need to pay the remaining costs for the booking. If they cancel less than four weeks before, they will need to pay for the whole cost of the booking.

  • If Pop Up Play Village Limited cancel an event, the customers will get offered a full refund and the option to switch their booking to an alternative event.

  • If a private party booking is cancelled due to reasons out of our control such as the coronavirus or snow, a full refund will not be given. Instead an alternative date will be offered.

  • If a creche or corporate booking is cancelled due to reasons out of our control such as the coronavirus or snow, a full refund will not be given. Instead an alternative date will be offered.

  • If a school or nursery booking is cancelled due to reasons out of our control such as the coronavirus or snow, a full refund will not be given.

  • If a ticketed play session is cancelled due to reasons out of our control, such as the coronavirus or snow, the event will be rescheduled to an alternative date and customers will be informed of the new date. If a customer cannot make the new date, they will be offered a play session voucher to use for a future event.

  • If a refund is given to a customer, it will be minus booking fees.
