Hi I’m Maria!
I’m married and I’m mummy to my son, called Oliver. I have nearly 30 years experience in Early Years where I gained my Level 3 qualification and have attended many different training courses over the years. I thoroughly enjoy watching children learn through their play, and what better opportunity than with role-play.
I first came across Pop Up when friends of mine started attending and I saw pictures on their social media. I immediately thought what a fantastic idea, as there isn’t anything else like this around the area.
When I saw the franchise come up for sale I almost had to pinch myself as I could never have dreamt that such an amazing opportunity would flash before my eyes. It’s perfect to fit around my family and allows me to provide so many children with the opportunity to come and develop their creative imagination whilst helping you understand all the skills your littles are developing and learning.

MASSIVE NEWS!!!!!!
As many of you know, it has been a very successful mobile role play village that runs role play classes, birthday parties, wedding creches, private events, school sessions and a holiday club in and around the area.
It is a massive area and many of my sessions sold out. We have a massive following in the area with a large newsletter sign up, over 2.9K followers on Facebook and over 1.85K on Instagram! Therefore, it may come as a shock that I'm selling!
Unfortunately I have a joint condition, psoriatic arthritis, and sadly this caused me to stop sessions in June 2025 as it was flaring up more often and ultimately led to my decision to sell.
This is a now a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for role play and children’s development to relaunch this previously successful business and not only run it at their own pace but continue to grow it too!
Pop Up Play Village works well as you can run the business in line with your other commitments whether that be a part time job or childcare commitments. You can even take your own children to play sessions as I used to and he loved it.
It really is a wonderful business!
You'll receive full support and guidance along the way. Full training will be given. There is also the option of funding the business fully, using a supported government backed start up loan which we can guide you through and show you how to apply.
