Adaptions to our play sessions to be Covid 19 Secure
We are looking forward to meeting you at one of our events very soon. Here are the safety measures that we have in place to ensure the safety for all who attend and to make your play experience as enjoyable as possible.
Booking to attend a play session:
As part of the governments track and trace system, we will need to keep your contact details on record for 21 days which will be kept securely on our booking system.
We ask that you make a booking in advance through our booking system. If you decide you want to attend on the day, this is absolutely fine if there are spaces available but we ask that you make the booking through our booking system rather than paying by cash or card on arrival.
On arrival at a Pop Up Play Village event:
On arrival, we will ask you and the members of your household to use hand sanitiser provided or wash your hands before starting to play and when leaving. Hand sanitiser will also be available to use as often as you like during the play session.
Please check with the franchise that you have booked tickets with for the guidelines for wearing a face covering.
As part of our usual routine, we will continue to ask all customers to remove shoes before entering the play areas and also ask you to keep to a minimum, items from home in particular toys to enable us to keep the play areas as clean as possible.
We request that you don’t bring any pushchairs or buggies into the play session. For nappy changing, we ask that you bring your own changing mat to use.
Exploring our play areas:
We ask that you supervise your children at all times whilst exploring our play areas.
We know that children love to explore toys and especially love to pretend to eat some of our tasty toy treats so there will be a rub a dub tub and we ask that if any toys have been mouthed that they go into the rub a dub tub to be cleaned before being put back into the play areas.
Illness:
We want to ensure that our play sessions are a safe and enjoyable experience for all so we ask you not to bring any members of your household to a Pop Up Play Village event if anyone in your household is showing any of the signs associated with the Covid 19 virus, or if anyone in your household has tested positive within 10 days.
If anyone from your household becomes unwell during a Pop Up Play Village event, we ask you to leave immediately and inform the manager at the event. You should obtain a Covid 19 test and inform the franchise owner of the result so that track and trace procedures can be followed. The event will be stopped.
We ask that if you or anyone in your household becomes unwell with the Covid 19 virus within 10 days of attending a Pop Up Play Village event that you inform the franchise owner.
In the event that we have to cancel a play session:
If Pop Up Play Village has to cancel a play session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative date for your tickets. If this is not possible, you will get a refund.
Cleanliness:
We have always prided ourselves in the cleanliness of our play areas and during this time, it is even more important. For your peace of mind and enjoyment, you can come and play at one of our play sessions and know that all play equipment has been thoroughly cleaned regularly ensuring a lovely sparkly clean play experience.
We hope that you have a fantastic play experience and look forward to welcoming you into play very soon.
